How do I begin using the CalFlowers GSO Overnight program?

Begin by contacting Chris Johnson (Dir. Of Transportation chris@cafgs.org).  He will ask some basic questions about your account and pass your request on to GSO to process.  Someone from GSO will contact you within 24 hours.

Does GSO offer technical support and hardware if needed?

Yes.  GSO Technical Support can be reached at 800-322-5555.  They also offer customers various levels of automation depending on need and volumes shipped.

Does the CalFlowers GSO program offer a service other than Priority Overnight?

Yes.  Our program offers Overnight and 2 day Freight service (pallet)

Does GSO offer customers the ability to pick up (instead of delivery) at the closest destination GSO terminal?

Yes.  As long as shipper indicates “hold for pickup” when booking the shipment.

Can I have someone who is not a member of CalFlowers ship to me (inbound) on my account? 

 Yes.  Please call GSO customer service for instructions.

Can I ship palletized shipments on GSO if I don’t have a dock or forklift?

No. you must have a loading bay or a forklift available to ship palletized freight.
