Begin by contacting Chris Johnson (Dir. Of Transportation [email protected]).  He will ask some basic questions about your account and pass your request on to GSO|GLS to process.  Someone from GSO|GLS will contact you within 24 hours.

Yes.  GSO|GLS Technical Support can be reached at 800-322-5555.  They also offer customers various levels of automation depending on need and volumes shipped.

Does the CalFlowers GSO|GLS program offer a service other than Priority Overnight?

Yes.  Our program offers Overnight and 2 day Freight service (pallet)

Yes.  As long as shipper indicates “hold for pickup” when booking the shipment.

Can I ship palletized shipments on GSO|GLS if I don’t have a dock or forklift?

No. you must have a loading bay or a forklift available to ship palletized freight.

No.  Shipments in water are not allowed.
