Jordan Richardson joined CalFlowers in 2023 as the Member Engagement and Communications Manager. In this role, Jordan supports both new and long-time members by helping them navigate benefits, find the resources they need, and feel connected to the larger floral community. With more than 13 years of experience in relationship building and communications for member-based organizations, Jordan is dedicated to making membership valuable, supportive, and rewarding.
At CalFlowers, Jordan manages membership services, communications, and programs designed to keep members informed and engaged. From newsletters and social media updates to database management and new benefit offerings, Jordan works to strengthen connections and ensure members feel part of a thriving, collaborative industry. Jordan holds a B.S. in Dietetics from James Madison University and brings a thoughtful, member-first approach to every aspect of her work.
