Professional Bio
Since 2000, Monnaie Pepin has proudly served CalFlowers members, bringing more than 25 years of experience to her role. As Director of Administration and Events, she leads the association’s core operations with a focus on events, administration, and communications. Monnaie manages all board meetings and member events—including the biennial Fun ‘N Sun Floral Convention and CalFlowers Member Appreciation Meetings—and coordinates the association’s presence at major floral industry events.
She also oversees CalFlowers’ daily operations, from IT support to maintaining the organization’s digital infrastructure. Working closely with the Marketing Committee, Monnaie helps drive a unified PR strategy while keeping the association’s website and media content fresh and engaging.
Dedicated to advancing CalFlowers’ mission and strengthening member connections, Monnaie also serves as Vice President of the California State Floral Association Board and contributes to AIFD’s Program Development Committee.
