Professional Bio
Since 2000, Monnaie Pepin has proudly served CalFlowers members, bringing more than 25 years of experience to her role. As Director of Administration & Events, she leads the association’s core operational, administrative, and event-planning functions with skill, consistency, and a deep commitment to member service.
Monnaie oversees key board governance functions, including planning and coordinating all board and strategic meetings, and supporting the board election process. She also manages CalFlowers’ allocations program—processing sponsorship requests, facilitating committee review workflows, and ensuring clear, accurate reporting to leadership.
In addition to supporting the President of CalFlowers, Monnaie oversees the organization’s day-to-day operations, IT and digital infrastructure, and internal systems management. She also plays a key role in communications and PR, working closely with the Marketing Committee to maintain the association’s website, online presence, and event messaging.
Monnaie directs all member and industry events for CalFlowers including the biennial Fun ‘N Sun Floral Convention, Member Appreciation Meetings, and the association’s participation in major floral industry conferences—strengthening relationships across the national floral community.
Dedicated to advancing the floral industry as a whole, Monnaie also serves as Vice President of the California State Floral Association and contributes to AIFD’s Program Development Committee.
