Jordan leads member services, communications, and engagement initiatives, helping businesses understand and make the most of their AFA membership. She oversees the member experience from onboarding and ongoing communications to benefits, data management, and opportunities for members to connect with one another. She enjoys finding new ways to bring members together, share their stories, and demonstrate the value of being part of a national community representing the full floral supply chain.
Jordan holds a B.S. in Dietetics from James Madison University and has a background in food and agricultural systems.
