Professional Bio
Since joining the organization in 2000, Monnaie Pepin has dedicated more than 26 years to serving American Floral Alliance members and advancing the floral industry. As Director of Administration and Events, she brings extensive organizational knowledge, operational expertise, and a longstanding commitment to exceptional member service. Throughout her tenure, Monnaie has played an integral role in the organization’s growth, helping strengthen its programs, member engagement, and industry relationships.
In addition to supporting the President, Monnaie oversees the Alliance’s day-to-day administrative and operational functions, board governance, allocations and sponsorship program, technology and digital systems, and works closely with leadership and the Marketing Committee on key organizational initiatives, communications, and member messaging. She also directs the Alliance’s major events, including the biennial Fun ’N Sun Floral Convention, Member Appreciation Meetings, and participation in industry events nationwide, drawing on decades of experience and a deep understanding of the floral community.
Beyond her work with American Floral Alliance, Monnaie serves as Vice President of the California State Floral Association and as a member of AIFD’s Program Development Committee, reflecting her continued commitment to supporting the growth, collaboration, and success of the floral industry.
