Member Type Descriptions

CalFlowers is excited to share that, following a member-approved bylaw vote, our classes of membership will be updated to better reflect the diversity and national reach of our association. While members will continue to enjoy the same exceptional benefits and services CalFlowers is known for, the updated membership classes will allow CalFlowers to strengthen member representation, improve clarity, and better support the evolving floral industry. 

 

Please select the Member Type where you earn 50%+ of your income:

  • Grower Member: Persons and entities that derive a majority of income from the production of flowers, ornamentals, or both.

  • Wholesaler Member: Persons and entities that derive a majority of income from the distribution of flowers, ornamentals, or both.

  • Retail Member: Persons and entities that derive a majority of income from the sale of flowers, ornamentals, or both to consumers.

  • Agricultural Member: Persons and entities that derive a majority of their income from the production or distribution, or both, of agricultural commodities other than flowers or ornamentals.

  • Associate Member: Persons and entities with a direct or indirect affiliation with categories 1, 2, 3, or 4.

  • Industry Partner: Persons and entities which are transportation providers, and associations, with a direct or indirect affiliation with the Corporation.
