  • $299.00 room rate (single/double) + tax   

      • Guest Amenity fee is waived for those rooms booked under the CalFlowers room block
      • Current State and Local Taxes on room rates: Occupancy Tax 12.11%, City Tourism Fee 3.89% plus California Assessment Fee 0.291%. Total tax of 16.291% (subject to change).
      • Rates above are based on Single/Double Occupancy within the guest room. Each extra person beyond this, will be charged an additional charge of $35 per night (plus applicable
      • taxes). There will be no charge for children up to and including the age of seventeen (17) years who share with their parents. Maximum occupancy per room is four (4) people.
  • Waived Guest Amenity Fee per room, per night
    (Normally $60.00 per room per night) includes:

The negotiated room rate is guaranteed until Sunday, July 12, 2026, or until the block is filled. The room block will likely fill up fast! After July 12th, or if the block is sold out, please contact the hotel directly to determine availability.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    No-shows and cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival will be billed for one night’s room and tax.
  • CHILDREN POLICY
    Children under 17 years of age stay free in their parent’s room.
  • Check-in time:  3:00 p.m. Check-out time:  12:00 p.m.
  • PARKING
    Daily valet parking offered at the discounted rate of $25.00 plus tax per day, for all group attendees, during the contracted group dates.  Self-parking and city street parking is NOT permitted.
