"Self-Care, New You" Challenge

Let’s start the New Year by celebrating the incredible power of flowers and self-care! On January 2nd, That Flower Feeling is launching the Self-Care, New You Challenge, a month-long social media campaign to inspire consumers to embrace flowers as part of their self-care journey.

They’re calling on the floral industry to help us amplify this uplifting campaign and spread the message far and wide.

How You Can Get Involved:

  • Create Your Own Challenge
    • Inspire your audience to join the movement by creating and sharing your unique version of the challenge.
    • Tag @thatflowerfeeling on Instagram or TikTok using #ThatFlowerFeeling and #SelfCareNewYouChallenge to show your support.
  • Share Our Contest
    • Post the challenge on your social media platforms to encourage your followers to participate. The more people we reach, the more we can highlight the role flowers play in wellness and connection.
  • Use Our New Campaign Assets
    • Make your participation even easier by downloading our Self-Care New You Challenge assets! These include ready-to-use graphics, templates, and other materials to help you promote the campaign. Visit www.thatflowerfeeling.org and click on "Asset Login" to access them.

Campaign Details:

  • Participants will share a photo each week showing how flowers enhance their self-care routine, tagging @ThatFlowerFeeling and using #ThatFlowerFeeling and #SelfCareNewYouChallenge.
  • Weekly winners will be announced every Thursday (January 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th) and receive a $100 Amazon Gift Card for their self-care moment.
