- All special room rates are exclusive of 10.00% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT), 2.00% City Tourism Business Improvement District Assessment (CTBID) plus $1.50 California Tourism Assessment Fee and a $2.00 City Golf Lodging Business Improvement District Assessment (CGLBID) per each occupied room night. All guest room taxes, and tourism assessments are subject to change without notice.

CUT-OFF DATE
The CalFlowers group rate will be offered 3 days before and 3 days after the meeting based on availability.
The negotiated room rate is guaranteed until Wednesday, August 14, 2024, or until the block is filled. The room block will likely fill up fast! After August 14, or if the block is sold out, please contact the hotel directly to determine availability - (760) 438-9111.
**Please note that rooms will be very limited the weekend before convention due to the Labor Day Holiday. **
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children under 18 years of age stay free in parents’ room.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
PARKING
Discounted overnight parking at $20.00 if booked in the CalFlowers room block (discounted from $40.00)
