Viewers of All Ages Enjoy Life in Bloom Together
“I love the fan mail and pictures we receive that show generations of viewers enjoying Life In Bloom with each other,” says J. “I wanted to share a couple, as they show the positive effect flowers have across all ages.”
Viewer Mairi Townsend writes, “My six-year-old daughter Vale loves J Schwanke’s Life In Bloom, which she watches after school. A particular favorite episode is the butterfly made of flowers. For her sixth birthday party this year, she wanted to make flower arrangements with her aunt, grandmother, and me. Here are photos from the party and the resulting bouquets. We love what J does - Vale is his littlest big fan!”
Viewer Mary Gilbert enjoys arranging flowers, and her granddaughter models flower crowns she has created. Mary also made flower rings with her bridge group. She notes, “I love your show so much. You make Tuesday one of my favorite days. Thank you for all the great information and inspiration!”
Viewer Christa Slater was inspired to try out a project seen on the show with her kindergarten and 1st grade students. She writes, “I wanted to do the cardboard vase idea as an art project with my kindergarten and 1st grade students. We drew a vase one day, had their parents poke holes with a pencil, then “filled” with flowers the following day.”
“I am so pleased with the way viewers engage with FLOWERS because of the show!” says J.
